Terms and conditions for free prize draw
  • You must be 18 or over to participate.
  • You must be a resident of the UK.
  • You are only allowed one account per person.
  • You are not allowed to attempt to cheat or fraud the system in any way.
  • You agree that all information that you provide to Daily Pounds when you register is 100% correct.
  • Your personal information will be kept on file for our use only and will not be sold or given to any other companies/individuals without prior consent from the user. We obide fully to the Data Protection Act.
  • We will not be held responsible for any changes made to your account if you do not log out before exiting the website.
  • The first prize of £10,000 will be payed in two payments: the first being within 28 days of the winning results being drawn, and the second within 56 days. All other prizes will be payed in one payment within 28 days of the winning results being drawn.
  • The number of plays you are entitled to per day are displayed on the main page of your account (which you see when you log in).
  • For every friend that you refer to Daily Pounds who then goes on to register an account and play: through the refferal link that is sent via the site, you are credited one extra entry per day (per friend) for a 7 day period (up to a maximum of 10 plays).
  • If you refer more than 5 friends in any 7 day period, you will not be credited any more than 5 entries.
  • Should you win any prize, you agree to allow Daily Pounds to use and publish your name, photograph, the town and/or county of your address - online and in print, or any other media for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  • The amount of points required to claim a prize are published on the prizes page. Points are given for matching 1-6 numbers.
  • Points do not have any monetary value and cannot be exchanged between accounts.
  • Any non-cash prizes such as a Sony PS3 can not be exchanged for a cash value.
  • If you win any points or prizes, you will be notified automatically via email the next day.
  • We are not responsible for any purchases from our sponsors. You will not be credited any funds under any circumstances for any activity outside of the Daily Pounds website.
